30 lbs is awesome. Well done! I still remember the Skippy PB ad that prompted you and I to try pickles and PB together the first time when we were kids. Pretty good from what I remember. I may have to have a dill with a scoop of PB one of these days. No pickles in the house at the moment.

Pizza is my nemesis. I'm getting better. Someday I will conquer it.

I have to say, that I believe my exact words were "There isn't enough of you to fill your shirt" (subtle aren't I) but it is absolutely true either way. Good on you!

The Doughnuts last Thursday caused the death of nearly an entire week. I won't go into food choice details, but this was how the last two weeks went calorie wise over/under maintenance. Sunday -1400, Mon -984, Tue -540, Wed, -30, THURS +600, Fri +14, Sat +800, Sun -93, Mon -37, Tues +260, Wed +400. See the worrying trend surrounding simply consuming 2 these sugary wedges???? An absolute spiral of overindulgence.

And Kraft smooth peanut butter? 's gift to me! With a preference to pair it with creamed honey because well... it's not chock full of sugar enough already!

I find that the real evil wedge for me is alcohol, not the calories present in it directly, but the after affects of it. "hmm, I just had a beer or two, and now I am craving... um... half a jar of peanut butter, 12 cookies, a bag of popcorn and 10oz of rum" followed by "hmm, I've just had 10oz of rum, but I had a good week so I feel like a bag of chips too!"...
